Nature of coaching
Relationship coaching is a collaborative personal-development service focused on goals, communication, growth and practical action. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, legal advice or an emergency service.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once the appointment and applicable payment arrangements have been agreed. Package sessions must be used within the timeframe communicated when booking.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged or counted as used, except where otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
Coaching conversations are treated with discretion, subject to applicable law and serious safety concerns. Any relevant limits will be explained at the start of the coaching relationship.
Results
Coaching outcomes depend on individual circumstances, participation and action. No particular result can be guaranteed.
Urgent support
If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact South African emergency services or an appropriate crisis-support service. Do not rely on this website or WhatsApp coaching for emergency assistance.
